Amistad Reservoir Vacation and Resort Properties

Amistad Reservoir, completed in 1969, is on the Rio Grande River, 12 miles northwest of Del Rio, Texas. Its main purpose is power generation, but it also provides flood control, irrigation, and recreation. It is jointly managed by Mexico and the U.S.

Uvalde National Fish Hatchery (91 miles) Uvalde National Fish Hatchery is a warmwater fish production station located in the Heart of Texas.
