Construction was completed in 1919. At normal levels it has a surface area of 32.4 acres. It is owned by the City Of Bellevue. Bellevue Upground Reservoir No. 4 is of earthen construction. Its height is 18 feet with a length of 4593 feet. Maximum discharge is 20 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 544 acre feet. Normal storage is 426 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.05 square miles.
