Brooksville Reservoir, Kentucky

Brooksville Reservoir is on Locust Creek in Bracken County, Kentucky and is used for recreation purposes. It was built in 1940. At normal levels it has a surface area of 15.7 acres. It is owned by David Estes.

 

Brooksville Reservoir Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 25 feet with a length of 240 feet. Its capacity is 189.6 acre feet. Normal storage is 167 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.87 square miles.
