Construction was completed in 1902. At normal levels it has a surface area of 120 acres. It is owned by Northeast Generation Company. Bulls Bridge, also known as Horseshoe is concrete, a gravity dam. Its height is 22 feet with a length of 203 feet. Maximum discharge is 27140 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 3120 acre feet. Normal storage is 1800 acre feet. It drains an area of 784 square miles.
