Construction was completed in 1903. It has a normal surface area of 120 acres. It is owned by Northeast Generation Company. Bulls Bridge Forebay Dike, also known as Bulls Bridge Canal (res) is of earthen construction. Its height is 39 feet with a length of 650 feet. Maximum discharge is 1250 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 3120 acre feet. Normal storage is 1800 acre feet. It drains an area of 784 square miles.
