Site 6 (cherry Creek) is impounded by Conewango Creek Site 6 Dam on Cherry Creek in Chautauqua County, New York and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1971. It has a normal surface area of 20 acres. It is owned by Conewango Creek Watershed Commission.
