Conklingville, also known as Sacandaga Reservoir is of earthen construction, a gravity dam, concrete. The core is earth. The foundation is rock. Its height is 91 feet with a length of 1100 feet. Maximum discharge is 30000 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 792000 acre feet. Normal storage is 681100 acre feet. It drains an area of 1044 square miles.
