Conklingville, northeast New York
Sacandaga Reservoir is the result of Conklingville Dam on the Sacandaga River in Saratoga County, New York and is used for hydroelectric power, flood control, improved navigation, drinking water and recreation purposes. It has been been there since 1930. Its normal surface area is 41 square miles. It is owned by Hudson River-Black River Regulating District.

Maximum discharge is 30000 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 792000 acre feet. Normal storage is 681100 acre feet. It drains an area of 1044 square miles.
