Control Structure 3, northeast Florida

Control Structure 3 Dam is on the Little Econ River in Orange County, Florida and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1965. It is owned by Orange County.

 

Control Structure 3 is of earthen construction. Its length is 1100 feet. Maximum discharge is 20440 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 1929 acre feet. Normal storage is 117 acre feet.
