Cork Center Storage Reservoir, northcentral New YorkHigh Daddy Dam is formed by Cork Center Storage Reservoir on Cork Center Creek in Fulton County, New York and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1919. At normal levels it has a surface area of 41 acres. It is owned by the City Of Johnstown. Cork Center Storage Reservoir Dam, also known as High Daddy Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 49 feet with a length of 460 feet. Maximum discharge is 1650 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 601 acre feet. Normal storage is 404 acre feet. It drains an area of 2.6 square miles.
