Dead Lakes Dam is on the Chipola River in Gulf County, Florida and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1962. It is owned by Dead Lakes Water Mngemnt.

 

Its length is 820 feet. Its capacity is 40600 acre feet. Normal storage is 34800 acre feet.
