Fox River is impounded by Depere Gen Laws Dam on the Fox River in Brown County, Wisconsin and is used for improved navigation, flood control, drinking water and hydroelectric power purposes. Construction was completed in 1929. It has a normal surface area of 536 acres. It is owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
