Des Arc Bayou Wid Site 5, northcentral Arkansas

Des Arc Bayou Watershed Improvement District Site 5 Dam is on Pine Run Creek in White County, Arkansas and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1979. It has a normal surface area of 34 acres. It is owned by Des Arc Bayou Watershed Improvement District.

 

Des Arc Bayou Wid Site 5 is of earthen construction. Its height is 76 feet with a length of 860 feet. Maximum discharge is 123 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 1145 acre feet. Normal storage is 560 acre feet. It drains an area of 2.5 square miles.
