Diamond Hill Reservoir Dam, also known as Pawtucket Upper Res Dam is of earthen construction, a gravity dam, concrete. Its height is 80 feet with a length of 2000 feet. Maximum discharge is 3100 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 15680 acre feet. Normal storage is 11000 acre feet. It drains an area of 8.4 square miles.
