Fahrmeier Lake, northwest Missouri
Fahrmeier Dam is created by Fahrmeier Lake on a tributary of Little Sni-A-Bar Creek in Lafayette County, Missouri and is used for flood control, and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1800. At normal levels it has a surface area of 8 acres. It is owned by Wilbert Fahrmeier.
Fahrmeier Lake Dam, also known as Fahrmeier Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 20 feet Its capacity is 86 acre feet. Normal storage is 48 acre feet. It drains an area of 240 square miles.
