G C Outlaw, southwest Alabama

G C Outlaw Dam is on a tributary of Chickasaw Creek in Mobile County, Alabama and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1965. It is owned by G C Outlaw.

 

G C Outlaw is of earthen construction. Its length is 640 feet. Maximum discharge is 1600 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 72 acre feet. Normal storage is 48 acre feet.
