Construction was completed in 1979. It has a normal surface area of 370 acres. It is owned by the City Of Healdton. Scs-upper Bayou Site-10m, also known as Healdton Lake, formerly Healdton Lake is of earthen construction. The core is assumed to be homogeneous, earth. The foundation is assumed to be soil. Its height is 38 feet with a length of 1580 feet. Maximum discharge is 5291 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 3228 acre feet. Normal storage is 3766 acre feet.
