Highlands Reservoir Vacation and Resort Properties

Highlands Reservoir is the result of Highlands Reservoir Dam on Off Ch-Goose Creek in Harris County, Texas and is used for flood control purposes. Construction of Highlands Reservoir Dam was completed in 1943. At normal levels it has a surface area of 464 acres. It is property of San Jacinto River Authority.
