Hj Mills Reclamation, Southern California

Hj Mills Reclamation Dam is fed offstream by the in Riverside County, California and is used for drinking water, improved navigation, among other things. Construction was completed in 1996. It has a normal surface area of 16 acres. It is owned by Metropolitan Water District.
