James Williamson is created by Holliday Creek Watershed Str #3 Dam on Pierce Creek in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1972. It has a normal surface area of 97 acres. It is owned by Holiday Creek Drainage District.
