Homestake Dam, John P Elliott Dam is created by Homestake Project Dam on the Middle Fork Homestake River in Eagle County, Colorado and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1967. It has a normal surface area of 320 acres. It is owned by Aurora and Colorado Springs - C/O Leah Ash.
