Ingram Lake, central Texas

New Lake Ingram is the result of Ingram Lake on the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, Texas and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1956. It has a normal surface area of 20 acres. It is owned by County Of Kerr.

 

Ingram Lake Dam, also known as New Lake Ingram is of earthen construction. The core is upstream facing, concrete. The foundation is unlisted or unknown. Its height is 20 feet with a length of 526 feet. Maximum discharge is 38000 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 480 acre feet. Normal storage is 450 acre feet. It drains an area of 312 square miles.
