Kemps Lake, east Virginia

Kemps Lake is formed by Little River Dam #4 Dam on Hawkins Creek in Louisa County, Virginia and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1966. It has a normal surface area of 21 acres. It is owned by Thomas Jefferson Swcd.
