Lake Barnett, northcentral Arkansas
Lake Barnett is formed by Des Arc Bayou Watershed Improvement District Site 3 Dam on the Des Arc Bayou in White County, Arkansas and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1979. It has a normal surface area of 245 acres. It is owned by Arkansas Game And Fish Commission.
Des Arc Bayou Wid Site 3, also known as Lake Barnett is of earthen construction. Its height is 128 feet with a length of 1150 feet. Maximum discharge is 850 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 25425 acre feet. Normal storage is 6708 acre feet. It drains an area of 38.6 square miles.
