Lake Irma, southcentral Georgia

Lake Irma Dam is on the Mill Branch River in Lanier County, Georgia and is used for recreation purposes. It has a normal surface area of 25 acres. It is owned by the City Of Lakeland.

 

Lake Irma Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 12.7 feet with a length of 475 feet. Its capacity is 377.5 acre feet. It drains an area of 6631 square miles.
