Lake J B Thomas Vacation and Resort Properties

Lake J B Thomas is formed by Lake J B Thomas Dam on the Colorado River in Scurry County, Texas and is used for recreation purposes. Construction of Lake J B Thomas Dam was completed in 1952. At normal levels it has a surface area of 12.2 square miles. The dam is also known as Colorado River Dam. It is property of Colorado River Municipal Water District.
