Lampson Upground Reservoir is fed offstream by Mill Creek in Ashtabula County, Ohio. Construction was completed in 1950. Its normal surface area is 20 acres. It is owned by Ashtabula County.

 

Lampson Upground Reservoir is of earthen construction. Its height is 14.4 feet with a length of 2500 feet. Maximum discharge is 108 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 250 acre feet. Normal storage is 199 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.26 square miles.
