Little Falls, WisconsinUpper Power Dam is formed by Little Falls Dam on the Willow River in St. Croix County, Wisconsin and is used for recreation purposes. At normal levels it has a surface area of 172 acres. It is owned by Wi Dnr. Little Falls, also known as Upper Power Dam is a gravity dam, of earthen construction. Though originally completed in , the structure was modified in 1920. Its height is 30 feet with a length of 370 feet. Maximum discharge is 9600 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 1700 acre feet. Normal storage is 1342 acre feet. It drains an area of 171 square miles.
