Lower River Dam, Little Falls is formed by Lower Dam Pennamaquam (East) Dam on the Pennamaquan River in Washington County, Maine and is used for hydroelectric power, recreation and fish and wildlife protection, among other things. Construction was completed in 1900. Its normal surface area is 402 acres. It is owned by Ifw, State of Maine.
