Breached 1990 is created by Lower Glen Reservoir (Br) Dam on the Lower Glen Reservoir River in Franklin County, Massachusetts and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1904. It is owned by Town Of Greenfield.
Its length is 95 feet. Its capacity is 87 acre feet. Normal storage is 64 acre feet. It drains an area of 10 square miles.
