Lower Power, WisconsinSaint Croix is created by Lower Power Dam on the Willow River in St. Croix County, Wisconsin and is used for recreation purposes. It has a normal surface area of 270 acres. It is owned by St Croix Co, Et Al. Lower Power, also known as Saint Croix is a gravity dam, of earthen construction. Though originally completed in , the structure was modified in 1934. Its height is 22 feet with a length of 400 feet. Maximum discharge is 15900 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 3000 acre feet. Normal storage is 1388 acre feet. It drains an area of 175 square miles.
