Lunsten Lake, southcentral Minnesota

Lunsten Lake is on Six Mile Creek in Carver County, Minnesota. Construction was completed in 1966. It is owned by Hennipen Co Park Reservoirrve.

 

Lunsten Lake is of earthen construction, a gravity dam. Its length is 150 feet. Maximum discharge is 109 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 400 acre feet. Normal storage is 400 acre feet.
