The site is also known as Lynch Lake. It is owned by Christian Serv Mission. Watkins, also known as Lynch Lake is of earthen construction. Its length is 200 feet. Maximum discharge is 700 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 70 acre feet. Normal storage is 50 acre feet.
