Munson Recreation Lake, northwest Florida

Munson Recreation Lake is on a tributary of Sweetwater Creek in Santa Rosa County, Florida and is used for recreation purposes. It was built in 1942. It is owned by the State Of Florida.

 

Munson Recreation Lake Dam is of earthen construction. Its length is 900 feet. Its capacity is 51 acre feet. Normal storage is 40 acre feet.
