New Hope, northeast AlabamaNew Hope Dam is on a tributary of Wedowee Creek in Randolph County, Alabama and is used for recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1964. It is owned by New Hope Hunting Club. New Hope is of earthen construction. Its length is 200 feet. Maximum discharge is 225 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 90 acre feet. Normal storage is 80 acre feet.
