Oxbow Lake Vacation and Resort Properties

Oxbow Lake is impounded by Oxbow Lake Dam fed offstream by Tributary To Mud Creek in Defiance County, Ohio and is used for recreation purposes. Construction of Oxbow Lake Dam was completed in 1953. At normal levels it has a surface area of 39 acres. The lake property is owned by Ohio DNR, Division of Wildlife.
