Parkhurst Lake, west Missouri
Parkhurst Lake is on a tributary of Muddy Creek in Pettis County, Missouri and is used for recreation and irrigation purposes. Construction was completed in 1953. At normal levels it has a surface area of 19 acres. It is owned by Wm R Parkhurst.
Parkhurst Lake Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 24 feet Its capacity is 244 acre feet. Normal storage is 150 acre feet. It drains an area of 105 square miles.
