Pawtucket Reservoir, Rhode IslandArnold Mills Reservoir is created by Pawtucket Reservoir on the Abbott Run River in Providence County, Rhode Island and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1928. It has a normal surface area of 255 acres. It is owned by the City Of Pawtucket, Water Supply Board. Pawtucket Reservoir Dam, also known as Arnold Mills Reservoir is of earthen construction, a gravity dam, concrete. Its height is 33 feet with a length of 2900 feet. Maximum discharge is 6700 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 5300 acre feet. Normal storage is 5125 acre feet. It drains an area of 17.6 square miles.
