Phoenix Lake, west CaliforniaPhoenix Lake is on Ross Creek in Marin County, California and is used for drinking water, and improved navigation, among other things. Construction was completed in 1907. At normal levels it has a surface area of 23 acres. It is owned by Marin Municipal Water District. Phoenix Lake is rock fill. Its height is 90 feet with a length of 320 feet. Normal storage is 612 acre feet. It drains an area of 2.2 square miles.
