Renwick Dam, North Dakota

M-4 is formed by Renwick Dam on the Tongue River in Pembina County, North Dakota and is used for flood control and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1962. At normal levels it has a surface area of 204 acres. It is owned by Pembina Co Wrd.

Maximum discharge is 16400 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 8400 acre feet. Normal storage is 1226 acre feet. It drains an area of 144 square miles.
