Rice Lake, central Minnesota

Rice Lake is on Elm Creek in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Construction was completed in 1967. It is owned by the City Of Maple Grove.

 

Rice Lake is rock fill, of earthen construction. Its length is 210 feet. Maximum discharge is 900 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 2490 acre feet. Normal storage is 2490 acre feet.
