Round Canyon Rb, Southern California

Round Canyon Rb Dam is on the Round Can Wash in Orange County, California and is used for drinking water, fish and wildlife protection and flood control, among other things. Construction was completed in 1994. At normal levels it has a surface area of 16 acres. It is owned by County Of Orange.

 

Round Canyon Rb is rock fill. Its height is 98 feet with a length of 750 feet. Normal storage is 286 acre feet. It drains an area of 1.698 square miles.
