San Joaquin Reservoir, Southern California
San Joaquin Reservoir Dam is on a tributary of Bonita Creek in Orange County, California and is used for drinking water, and improved navigation, among other things. Construction was completed in 1966. At normal levels it has a surface area of 50 acres. It is owned by Irvine Ranch Water District.
San Joaquin Res is rock fill. Its height is 224 feet with a length of 873 feet. Normal storage is 3036 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.35 square miles.
