Second Broad Watershed Structure 11-19, northwest North Carolina

Second Broad Watershed Structure 11-19 Dam is on the California Branch River in Rutherford County, North Carolina and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1994. At normal levels it has a surface area of 1.8 acres. It is owned by Rutherford Co.Watershed Comm.
