Upper St. Anthony Falls Pool is created by St. Anthony Falls Upper Lock and Dam on the Mississippi River in Hennepin County, Minnesota and is used for improved navigation and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1963. It has a normal surface area of 35 acres. It is owned by Cemvp - Xcell.

Though originally completed in 1963, the structure was modified in 1996. Its height is 93 feet with a length of 1900 feet. Maximum discharge is 91000 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 4900 acre feet. Normal storage is 3150 acre feet. It drains an area of 19680 square miles.
