It has a normal surface area of 7 acres. It is owned by Raymond Stark. Stark Lake Dam is of earthen construction. Though originally completed in 1968, the structure was modified in 1995. Its height is 39 feet with a length of 470 feet. Maximum discharge is 214 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 115 acre feet. Normal storage is 89 acre feet. It drains an area of 77 square miles.
