Structure 192, east Florida

Structure 192 Dam is on Taylor Creek in Okeechobee County, Florida and is used for flood control and irrigation purposes. Construction was completed in 1973. It is owned by Sfwmd (Past C&Sf Flood Control District).

 

Structure 192 is of earthen construction. Maximum discharge is 175 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 210 acre feet. Normal storage is 76 acre feet.
