Structure 77, east Florida

Structure 77 Dam is on the Caloosahatchee River (C-43) in Glades County, Florida and is used for flood control and drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1966. It is owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

 

Maximum discharge is 9300 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 8.519e+06 acre feet. Normal storage is 4.596e+06 acre feet.
