Structure No. 33, east Florida

Structure No. 33 Dam is on the North Fork New River in Broward County, Florida and is used for flood control and irrigation purposes. Construction was completed in 1954. It is owned by Sfwmd (Past C&Sf Flood Control District).

 

Its length is 71 feet. Maximum discharge is 620 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 84 acre feet. Normal storage is 57 acre feet.
