Sugar Hollow Dam, northcentral Virginia
Moormans River Storage Dam is formed by Sugar Hollow Dam on the Moormans River in Albemarle County, Virginia and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1950. At normal levels it has a surface area of 48 acres. It is owned by Rivanna Water And Sewer Authority.
