Suntaug Lake, MassachusettsSuntaug Lake is on the Suntaug Lake River in Essex County, Massachusetts and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1971. It is owned by the City Of Peabody. Suntaug Lake Dam is of earthen construction, rock fill, a gravity dam. Its length is 250 feet. Its capacity is 2700 acre feet. Normal storage is 1840 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.5 square miles.
